Jason L. Dillingham, J.D.
Since 2016, Jason L. Dillingham has worked on numerous complex cases in Business and Finance law, with a primary interest in representing Securities and Commodities professionals. We have successfully represented both firms and individuals, guiding clients of any kind through the evolving minefield of financial industry regulation. Mr. Dillingham has been trained and mentored by leaders in the legal industry, both at the federal and state levels. Working closely with broker-dealers, investment advisors, and other financial institutions, Mr. Dillingham uses his experience and skills to help firms demonstrate compliance with the myriad of applicable securities laws, rules, and regulations.
Employment
Before operning his own firm, Jason L. Dillingham previously worked as Associate General Counsel for an industry leader in financial compliance services. During this term as legal counsel, Mr. Dillingham began to concentration on securities litigation, corporate formations, business law, regulatory compliance, administrative law, and corporate contracts and solutions. In addition to this role, Mr. Dillingham also worked for Hon. Frances Stacy, a federal magistrate judge for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
